GENERAL CONDITIONS 2012

PAYMENTS
A deposit of 30% of the total sojourn account is requested on booking.
The remaining sum is to be paid on arrival.
There is a cautionary deposit of € 200.00 by credit card.
Payment may be made by: Bancomat/Bankcard, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AE): + 5%.

Added Costs
Extra bed in divan bed or small bed: from €15.00 to €25.00 per person a day.
Swimming-towels: €5.00 one a week.
Iron and ironing-board: €5.00.
Archery: €10.00 per day.
Mid-week cleaning: €30.00 on demand.
Heating during the winter €12,00 a day.
Dogs or cats: € 30.00 (weekend) € 50,00 (week) caution money € 200,00 by credit card.
Arrival during the night after 7.30 p.m. Until 10 p.m.: € 20.00. Arrival after 10 p.m.: € 50,00
Final cleaning €30,00 week-end. € 50,00 week.

Rent fee includes
Consumption of water, light and the gas for the kitchen.
Basic cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and sugar).
Cleaning detergents and toilet paper.
Garden barbecue. Ping-pong. Flywheel.
Sheets, pillow-cases, and kitchen and bathroom towels.
